Refund & Credit Card Processing Policy
My Brother’s Keeper Fire Training LLC

At My Brother’s Keeper Fire Training LLC (“MBK Fire Training,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we are committed to delivering high-quality fire service training, certification programs, and professional development courses. Please review the following policy carefully before registering for any course or making a payment on mbkfire.com.
- Payment Processing
All payments made on mbkfire.com are processed securely via third-party credit card processors. We accept major credit and debit cards.
- Payment is due in full at the time of registration unless otherwise stated.
- A confirmation email will be sent once payment is successfully processed.
- If a transaction is declined, registration is not confirmed.
- Course Cancellation by Participant
More Than 14 Days Before Course Start
Participants who cancel 14 days or more before the scheduled course date may receive:
- A full refund minus a 5% processing fee, or
- A full credit toward a future course (no processing fee deducted).
7–13 Days Before Course Start
Participants who cancel between 7–13 days prior to the course may receive:
- A 50% refund, or
- A full course credit for use within 12 months.
Less Than 7 Days Before Course Start
Cancellations made less than 7 days before the course start date are non-refundable.
At our discretion, a credit may be issued for documented emergencies.
- No-Shows
Participants who do not attend a scheduled course without prior written notice are considered no-shows and are not eligible for refunds or credits.
- Course Transfers
- Registrations may be transferred to another individual from the same department or organization at no additional charge.
- Transfer requests must be submitted in writing at least 48 hours prior to the course start date.
- Course Cancellation by MBK Fire Training
If My Brother’s Keeper Fire Training LLC cancels or reschedules a course due to:
- Instructor availability
- Weather conditions
- Minimum enrollment requirements
- Unforeseen circumstances
Participants may choose:
- A full refund, or
- Transfer to a future course date.
MBK Fire Training LLC is not responsible for travel expenses, lodging, or other related costs.
- Digital Materials & Online Courses
- Access to digital training materials, downloadable resources, or online coursework is non-refundable once access has been granted.
- If technical issues occur, we will work promptly to resolve them.
- Chargebacks & Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without first contacting us may result in:
- Suspension from future course registration
- Collection procedures if the dispute is found invalid
We are committed to resolving issues professionally and promptly.
- Refund Processing Timeline
Approved refunds will be processed within:
- 7–10 business days
Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during checkout.
